Mojito Republic was born from the soul of Atahualpa, a Latin restaurant that has been a culinary landmark in Liège for over 40 years.

Founded by the Fierro - Aguado family, Atahualpa became more than a place to eat, it was a home, a gathering space, and a celebration of Latin culture.

We, the children who grew up in its kitchen and dining room, inherited not just recipes, but a deep respect for tradition, hospitality, and flavor.

Our signature mojito is crafted from a family recipe passed down for over a century. It’s more than a cocktail, it’s a symbol of our roots, our pride, and our desire to share the warmth of Latin America with the world.
